A daily word challenge you can compare.

There is a new shared Daily each day. You trace words through a 6 × 6 board, submit them for points, and try to keep your run going as pressure builds. Another player starts with the same Daily challenge, which gives the conversation a clear question: what did they spot that you didn’t?

You can take part on your own, check the leaderboard, or make it a small rivalry with a friend. The comparison is the score you achieve on that day’s challenge.

How to approach your first Daily

1. Look for a few connected words. Adjacent letters can connect in eight directions, including diagonals. You can turn while tracing, but cannot reuse the same tile within one word.
2. Keep words moving. Daily has a pressure meter. Finding words and progressing through levels helps keep your run alive.
3. Look beyond the obvious path. A familiar beginning may lead to a longer word around a corner. Longer words score more.
4. Share the result. After your run, use the existing Beat My Score sharing flow to give someone a target on the same Daily.

Make it a daily conversation.

Send the Daily challenge to a friend or group chat while it is still current. They can play on their own schedule, compare their result, and share a challenge onward. No one has to arrange a live match.

Challenge links belong to a particular Daily date. When that Daily has passed, Ravel offers the current Daily instead of treating an old score as a current challenge. See how challenge links work.

Daily or Rush?

Choose Daily when you want a shared board and a score to compare. Choose Rush when you want a fixed two-minute run with a new random board. Rush scores belong to the weekly Rush leaderboard; a Daily challenge compares players on that day’s Daily.
